Roomadviser, Agent-Key and Portalkey software products are owned by Roomadviser Systems Pty Ltd. Roomadviser Systems is an Application Service Provider, supplying an online reservation system to hotels, apartments, inbound tour operators, travel portal websites and others selling accommodation over the Internet.

The first sales of the Roomadviser software were made in Thailand 2008. These first South East Asian clients have now been using the software for almost 2 years.

Roomadviser's first Thailand client started using the system early in 2008, and since then Roomadviser has developed close working relationships with several representatives in the Thailand.

In Thailand, Roomadviser has its own representative office in Bangkok, the Roomadviser software since 2008.

Early 2008, hotels in Bangkok and Samui started using Roomadviser.

Since 2008, Indra Hospitality has represented Roomadviser in India.

Roomadviser also has long-term relationships with local resellers in Thailand.
